Our facilities are suitable for most purposes, from meetings to parties and dance classes, with very competitive prices.

FACILITIES

All the rooms at The Venue are named after pits which were prominent in the area.  Coal mining played a huge part in the development of Stanley and created the wonderful friendly community we have today. 

Disabled Access

The Venue is adapted for disabled users.  There is a ramp to front of the building for ease of access and there are disabled toilets.  The Venue is on one floor and no stairs, and all doorways are wheelchair friendly. 

Louisa Lounge

Why not drop in for a coffee and chat with your friends.  The cafe offers a range hot and cold drinks, and a selection of biscuits.  Why not try one of our fresh ground cups of coffee, relax and spend some quality time with friends. A warm welcome is always assured.   The Louisa Lounge also exhibits paintings for sale by the local artist John Ord.  

PAYMENT METHODS

The Venue accepts payment by Bank Card, Credit Card, Cash, Bank Transfer, Online through our webside thevenestanley.org.uk  (certain purchases only).  Please ask for more details.  
NOTE: The Venue currently cannot accept payments over the telephone.
