Facilities at The Venue
We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.
We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.
NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.
The Venue is also a hub for essential community support. Currently they have CAB, DASH (formally Home Group), Foodbank, Money Advice, Age Uk, Welfare Rights. These organisations are based in The Venue and have their own working times and staff. Telephone or email The Venue for operational times.
Bookings
It is possible to make a booking enquiry through our website the-venue.lemonbooking.com. This booking form must be filled in fully and then submitted. The booking will only be confirmed once The Venue have approved the enquiry. Customers can still contact The Venue by email at sccdh96pz@gmail or telephone 01207 233512 to speak with a member of staff.
WIFI
The Venue enjoys fast and secure internet connection. It is free .
FOOD BANK
The food bank operates Monday, Wednesday and Fridays between 10am until 11.45am. Clients will need to produce a voucher in order to prove they are elligble to receive the food parcel. They also can provide energy top up vouchers, but only to those who are referred for the service.
CITIZENS ADVICE
CAB operate on a Tuesday from 9.30am until 11.30am. No appointment is required it is a drop in service. However, it can get very busy and they may not be able to deal with everyone. If your case required additional work, the CAB will make an appointment with you to return.
WELFARE RIGHTS
Welfare rights is an appointment service. The appointment can be made with the reception at The Venue. Please note that this service is very busy. If you are looking for assisstance to fill our form e.g. PIP please make a 2 hour appointment. Telephone 01207 233512 or call in at The Venue.
Eden Studio
Capacity: 60 people
Pricing: £15.00 per hour
The Eden studio has a wooden floor and has full length mirrors installed for dance, exercise, rehearsal purposes. There is a sound system in the room but we can also supply a blue tooth speaker. The hall has privacy glass windows.

The Venue operates a strict age restriction policy so if your lucky to look under 25 then you will be asked proof of age. We only accept passports, driving license or identity card as proof of age. No exceptions.
