Groundwork offers free, confidential information, advice and guidance to residents in County Durham. Our drop-in service is available at The Venue every Tuesday between 9:30am and 1:00pm. We provide advice on welfare benefits (including applications), housing issues, money worries, energy support, and a range of other practical advice and support needs.
